COVID-19 Assistance
We're offering free assistance on the non-medical incident management piece of the COVID-19 response to emergency managers, public health officials, and other involved organizations, including universities. Recognizing that many who will be on the front lines are understaffed and underfunded, we want to do what we can to close the gap in this crisis. Our goal is to answer questions and provide advice on the Incident Command System, planning processes, building a common operating picture, interagency coordination, messaging, outreach, decision making processes, organizational resiliency, and any other topic where we can add a little to your success. This pandemic has the potential to overwhelm, and we want to do all we can to help.
